Police arrested a 34 year old man from St Annes on January 8th
All the allegations relate to the same teenage girl.
David Brown of Ambleside Road St Annes has been charged with engaging in sexual communication with a child and engaging in sexual activity with a child.
He appeared before Lancaster Magistrates on 2nd February and has been granted conditional bail to appear at the higher court on 2nd March.
