Jack Garside who took over at the start of this year's campaign has departed the club.
Phil Humphreys, Vice Chairman of AFC Fylde, said: “Regrettably, results this season have not been as expected by the Club or Jack, and this has seen the team rooted in the relegation zone of the Women’s National League table.
“Therefore, and with the mutual agreement of both parties, it has been decided that the time is right for Jack to leave the position of Women’s First Team Manager”.
“On behalf of AFC Fylde and its supporters, I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to Jack for his energy and unswerving efforts since joining the Club in the summer and wish him all the best in his future career path.”
Garside joined the club at the start of the 2023/24 campaign, following stints at Men's Altrincham U18s and Manchester City Women's Academy.
The process to recruit a new Women’s First-Team Manager will now commence
