The two sides met recently met in the Bristol Streets Motors Trophy Quarter-Final which after 90 minutes nothing could separate them which led to Blackpool winning 5-4 on penalties.
The Wanderers beat the Seasiders in their previous league fixture back in November at the Toughsheet Stadium with a goal from former Blackpool youth player George Thomason scoring the winner.
Blackpool and Bolton have had many clashes in both league and cup competitions with the most notable one being back in the FA Cup Final back in 1953 with the Tangerines winning 4-3 despite being 3-1 down after 55 minutes which featured a Stan Mortenson hat-trick and a winner from Bill Perry giving Blackpool the FA Cup Trophy.
