Blackpool beat Forest Green Rovers

The Seasiders now progress on to the third round of the FA cup, following a convincing victory.

The match had originally been scheduled in early December but the fixture was postponed the day before the match as an investigation into Blackpool's opposition, Forest Green Rovers, took place. Forest Green were ordered to replay their first round match again.

The Seasiders put on a convincing cup display as they took the lead in the first half, when Owen Dale buried the ball in the back of the net.

Further goals from defenders Jordan Gabriel and Marvin Ekpiteta, sealed the win and a place in the third round, against Nottingham Forest in January.
