A passenger plane was seen landing on Blackpool’s iconic Golden Mile on Thursday evening.
Emergency services attended the scene between South and Central Pier and a crane was used to extract the plane from the beach and onto the promenade.
It’s unclear at present the reasoning behind the sudden landing.
