The wedding chapel will be hosting an open day to celebrate the month of love.
The Wedding Chapel will be opening its doors on Sunday 25 February for couples feeling inspired to save the date after Valentine’s Day.
Taking place from 10am to 3pm, the open event will showcase the two celebration rooms on offer in the venue, which both offer stunning views of the Blackpool coastline.
The Tower View Room holds up to 60 guests and features an impressive large window looking out towards the iconic Blackpool Tower.
For those looking for a more intimate ceremony, the Sea View Room holds up to 10 guests and provides views over glorious beaches and miles of sea and sand.
If couples are not quite ready to take the plunge, ceremony bookings can be made on the day of the event and can be arranged up to two years in advance including weddings, civil partnerships, renewal of vows and naming ceremonies.
Cllr Jane Hugo, Blackpool Council Cabinet Member with responsibility for Life Events, said: “If the month of love has inspired couples to get planning their wedding, then why not seize this perfect opportunity to look around our beautiful Wedding Chapel.
“The building is situated in a prime location on the Promenade which makes for spectacular photo opportunities. It’s a truly unique ceremony venue and it’s always exciting to welcome new couples and help them bring the vision of their wedding to life.
“Entry is free, and everyone is welcome to attend and chat to our friendly team of registrars.
“If you can’t make it on the day, the team do take viewings by appointment. Get in touch and we will guide you through the process every step of the way.”
