A unique community fitness event is set to take place this summer as Two Trees Fitness & Wellbeing brings together local people, businesses, and wellness professionals to raise vital funds for Brian House Children’s Hospice
The Charity Fitness Fun Day will kick off at 11:30am on Sunday 24 May 2026 in Hambleton, running through to early evening, offering a powerful mix of fitness, wellbeing, and community spirit.
At the heart of the event, 30 volunteers from the Two Trees community and beyond will take on a gruelling but fun fitness challenge, competing in teams of six across a series of disciplines including:
• Reformer Pilates
• HIIT Fusion
• Compound Weights
• Hot Barre
• 3K run through the scenic lanes of Hambleton.
Following the challenge, the event opens to the wider community with a full afternoon of inclusive activities. Highlights include: • Outdoor Zumba class (host to be confirmed) led by local celebrity and Dancing on Ice star Dan Whiston, alongside Kelda. • Calming garden Vinyasa yoga session with Claire Nutton, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath experience. • Access to the Two Trees wellness space, including hot tub and sauna (bring your swimwear!) • Fun challenges including Sumo Suit competition and Ice Bath challenge
The event will also feature: • Charity raffle with prizes generously donated by local businesses. • Neck and shoulder massages from Katie at The Aroma Room (donation-based) • Advanced skin analysis sessions from Lisa at Graceful Aesthetics (£15 donation) • Complimentary bottled water donated by Spar Hambleton • Food provision from a local business (to be confirmed)
While the event is free to attend, the 30 challenge participants will each contribute £40 directly to Brian House, helping to raise crucial funds for the hospice. Community, Connection & Cause This event is more than just fitness – it’s about bringing people together to support an incredible local charity that has touched so many lives over the past three decades.
Two Trees Fitness & Wellbeing invites everyone to come along, take part, donate, or simply soak up the atmosphere.
