Lancashire’s largest live music festival is inviting charities to apply to be an official partner to raise money and boost their profile.
TK Maxx presents Lytham Festival returns for five nights from Wednesday July 1 to Sunday July 5 and is expected to attract up to 115,000 people.
And now charities from across the region are being encouraged to apply to benefit from the event which will see headliner shows from Teddy Swims, Alanis Morissette, Michael Bublé, Pet Shop Boys and Pitbull.
Every year, each night of TK Maxx presents Lytham Festival is partnered with a charity. That charity is then given the opportunity to have a team of fundraisers on site collecting monetary donations.
If you would like to be considered as a charity partner you can apply HERE
Applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday February 27.
Last year, over three nights of the festival, charity partners collectively received more than £16,000 and since the festival’s inception in 2010 they have collected more than £156,000 in donations.
Festival co-founder Peter Taylor said: “Charity partners are a very important addition to Lytham Festival. Not only does it give these incredible organisations the opportunity to raise much needed funds, but they are also able to promote their incredible work to a huge audience.
“This year marks the 15th Lytham Festival so it is a very special year. Now we want to hear from charities who want to be part of those celebrations with us so they can benefit.
“Alongside our selected charity partners we are also very proud to support a large number of charitable organisations year-round by gifting tickets for them to use for fundraising initiatives and by also making monetary donations.”
