The RNLI can only keep people safe thanks to their amazing volunteers – and they are inviting applicants to join the team

As part of the team you’ll help to provide a professional search and rescue service and save lives at sea on the Fylde Coast. You’ll meet new people, join a motivated and enthusiastic team, learn new skills and make a real difference in your community.

If you are able to work well and build positive relationships with a diverse team, have good general fitness, the ability to learn new skills and can commit to attending call outs and training this could be the role for you. No previous maritime experience is needed.

The RNLI are looking forward to receiving applications from volunteers who are able to provide cover day or night but we are particularly interested in applications from volunteers who are available during the day.
