A road traffic collision (RTC) involving two vehicles occurred on Monday Evening.
Two fire engines from Bispham and Fleetwood attended the collision near the Morrison's roundabout on Amounderness Way, Thornton Cleveleys.
This collision involved two vehicles, with one casualty trapped in a vehicle. Fire crews successfully extricated the trapped casualty, and the fire service trauma technician assessed and administered first aid to multiple casualties.
The fire crews then passed the casualties into the care of ambulance crews and made the vehicles safe. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
