Locals Helping Locals at Christmas is Back.

Locals Helping Locals at Christmas is back helping local families across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde, and this year, we are doing it a little differently.

We aren’t having an event this time, instead we have a few drop off points across the Fylde Coast or Coastal Radio’s Coastal Cruiser, can come and collect from you!

Can you help us make sure everyone gets fed this Christmas? We’d love you to organise a collection in your workplace, or community group? Or maybe you’re a family or a group of friends who just want to spread some Christmas cheer?

All you need to do is collect ANY of the items we need :

We need:

Long life Milk, Rice, Cereals, Biscuits
Tinned meats, fish, fruit, veg, pies, soups and puddings
Pasta and sauces, Gravy. Tea Bags
Coffee, Hot chocolate, Cordials
Nappies (all sizes) Baby food, Baby wipes

Specifically for Xmas

Mince pies
Christmas pudding
Christmas cake
Cranberry sauce
Stuffing mix
Tins/boxes of chocolates
 

Finally, we also donate any of the following items to Streetlife

Shampoo
Shower gel
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Feminine hygiene products
Soap
Talc
Mouthwash

Drop off points this year are:

Lab Creative, Business First Centre, Amy Johnson Way, South Shore

Judge Celilings, Red Marsh Industrial Estate, Thornton Cleveleys

and of course you can drop them here at Coastal Radio, 205 Church Street, Blackpool.

Don’t forget – if you can’t get things to us, the Coastal Team can come and collect them from you! Just complete the form.
