Encore Launch!

Katie Edgar's grand launch for her new initiative Encore takes place at the iconic Winter Gardens Spanish Hall. The projects aim is to make art accessible to everyone. The industry has received Arts Council Funding which will help to support the delivery of workshops and masterclasses.
