Ged Mills Homes Rebrands as Fylde Coast Homes Following New Investment and Expansion Plans

Established local estate agency Ged Mills Homes has announced an exciting new chapter for the business, rebranding as Fylde Coast Homes following significant new investment from local businessman Steve Richardson.

The move marks the next stage in the growth of the estate agency, with the new investment providing additional resources to expand the team, move into new premises and further strengthen the company’s presence across the Fylde Coast with more acquisitions of existing estate agency brands in the future

Ged Mills Homes was founded by Ged Mills and Hannah Robinson with a focus on delivering a more personal, approachable and customer-focused estate agency service. Since launching, the business has continued to grow, with increasing numbers of homeowners choosing the company to market and sell their properties.

Having recognised the potential within the business and its growing reputation locally, businessman Steve Richardson has now invested in the newly formed Fylde Coast Homes, providing the backing required to take the company into its next phase of development.

Despite the new name and investment, Ged Mills and Hannah Robinson will both remain at the heart of the business, ensuring customers continue to receive the same high levels of service, communication and personal attention that have become synonymous with Ged Mills Homes.

They will also be joined by Sally Taylor and Richard Ashworth, strengthening the team and providing additional support as the company responds to an increasing number of enquiries, valuations and new property instructions.
