Blackpool's famous Illuminated trams are once again back out on the Promenade from today as part of the resort's Lightpool Festival.
The two week event will see the return of the popular ship along with a traditional double decker tram..... which will both carry passengers on tours through the lights throughout the Half Term Holiday.
Following extensive checks by independent experts and a series of test trips, HMS Blackpool and vintage double-decker Tram 717 are set for a historic return to the seafront throughout the festival, which got underway on October 15.
The iconic vehicles will run three trips a night between the Pleasure Beach and Little Bispham on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until November 1.
